Welcome to Tic Tac Toe Smart Pro (“we”, “our”, or “the App”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use our mobile game on Android devices.

Tic Tac Toe Smart Pro is a simple, fully offline board game for Player vs Player (two players on the same device). The App does not include online multiplayer, accounts, advertising, or artificial intelligence / bot opponents.

We do not collect personal information on our servers, and we do not sell your personal information.

2. What the App Does

The App provides:

  • A classic 3×3 Tic Tac Toe board
  • Local Player X vs Player O gameplay on one device
  • On-screen score for wins, losses, and draws during the current session
  • Restart and New Match controls

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information we do not collect

The App does not collect or upload:

  • Name, email address, or phone number
  • Location data
  • Contacts, photos, microphone, or camera data
  • Advertising identifiers for targeted advertising
  • Analytics, crash reports, or tracking data through third-party SDKs
  • Gameplay history to any developer server

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

3.2 On-device session data

While you play, the App keeps temporary game state in memory on your device only (for example, the current board, whose turn it is, and the score for the current match). This data is used only to run the game on your screen.

Closing the App or starting a New Match clears that session score. The App does not create a user account and does not send this information to us.

3.3 Permissions and connectivity

Tic Tac Toe Smart Pro does not require internet access to play. The App does not request the Android Internet permission for its core gameplay.

The App does not request access to sensitive device features such as location, contacts, camera, microphone, or storage for media libraries.

4. How We Use Information

Any temporary on-device game state is used only to:

  • Display the board and turn status
  • Update the current match score
  • Allow restarting or starting a new match

We do not use your data for profiling, marketing, or automated decision-making.

5. Data Storage and Retention

Gameplay data for the current session remains on your device for as long as the App session is active. It is not stored on our servers.

  • Uninstalling the App removes the App and its local data from your device.
  • Because we do not host your gameplay data, we cannot access, retrieve, or delete it remotely.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. The App has no social sharing features and does not transmit gameplay data to third parties for advertising or analytics.

7. Third-Party Services

Tic Tac Toe Smart Pro is distributed through Google Play. When you download or update the App from Google Play, Google’s own privacy policy applies to that store activity.

The App itself does not embed third-party ads or analytics SDKs.

8. Children's Privacy

Tic Tac Toe Smart Pro is suitable for a general audience, including children. The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children on our servers, because it does not collect personal information on our servers at all.

9. Security

We designed the App with minimal data handling and minimal permissions. Please protect your device with a screen lock and keep your system software updated.

  • Play offline without creating an account
  • Use New Match to reset the current session score
  • Uninstall the App at any time to remove it from your device

The App may be available in multiple regions. Session gameplay data stays on your device and is not transferred to us by default.
